Notes

This is a great song written by Joni Mitchell about the 1969 Woodstock festival, which she was unfortunately left out of. Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young then made the song famous by turning Joni's very quiet version into a rock tour-de-force.

Ironically, the first version I heard at 12 years old was the version by Matthew's Southern Comfort. Links to all 3 videos are below.
