Eric Clapton's Wonderful Tonight is one of the most beautiful love songs ever written. As he waited for his girlfriend Pattie Boyd to get ready for a party Clapton wrote this little number. This is the same Pattie Boyd who was married to Clapton's best friend George Harrison and the subject of "Something". This is the same Pattie Boyd who inspired another one of Clapton's anthems, Layla.

We wonder what it was like for Clapton and Harrison to be best friends while both taking turns being married to Pattie Boyd. In fact, Harrison was the best man at the Clapton/Boyd wedding in 1979.
