If you've been with me for the whole countdown you know that Joan Baez is an important figure for me. The "Queen of folk music" has been recording and performing for nearly 60 years. Joan has made a living singing other people's songs in a special way, but Honest Lullaby is one she penned herself. A deeply personal autobiographical journey, it's a tribute to mothers everywhere. I listened to this over and over after my own mother passed, as it helped me appreciate what a great mother she was.
